Tomorrow, I embark on The Ninety Nine. A.K.A. "If I finish this alive I must be invincible".
For those of you wondering, The Ninety Nine consists of the following:
99 Jumping Jacks
99 Crunches
99 second Wall Sit
99 Leg Lifts
9 Push Ups
Then you get to do 88, 77, 66, 55, 44, 33, 22
And finally: an 11 minute run.
Will I live? Ugh. Probably not. But wish me luck anyway!!
